Peer Support

Peer support is when people use their own experiences to help each other. Peer support can happen on a one to one basis, online or in a group. It may involve a range of activities such as;

  • Crafts
  • Walking
  • Singing
  • Woodwork
  • Art

Peer support groups can also bring people together who experience a similar difficulty. The groups are designed to help you talk about your mental health with others, who have had similar experiences. Subjects can include;

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Anger
  • Personality Disorder
